Case: A mobile battery energy storage and charging unit for electric construction machinery.


Challenge: Work zones change as a project progresses, so fixed chargers cannot always reach active equipment. Site power may also be insufficient for several machines charging at the same time.


Solution: Deploy the Door Energy MCP-A near excavators, loaders and site vehicles. The trailer combines 210kWh energy storage with up to 180kW DC output and can be relocated as the project moves.

  2. Energy storage: 210kWh provides an energy buffer where grid capacity is limited.
  3. Connector options: CCS1 or CCS2 can be configured for the target fleet.
